The Schwarz family are not the new kids on the block, now six generations into their Barossa heritage with winemaker Jason Schwarz. It perhaps wasn’t his first port of call in life, but the Barossa calling came to Jason in time, leading him to make some of the most dynamic and focused wines that herald the incredible terroir of the Valley.
‘The Grower’ refers to the close-knit community the Schwarz family have nurtured in their time and allows the region’s best fruit to make its way into each glass. This wine is all about the liquorice, plums, and hints of chocolate that hit your senses. Fine tannins and a plush finish make this genuinely outstanding. Boy, one bottle is not enough.
