Price Drop EXTENDED: Sidewood Estate Signature 'Abel' Pinot Noir 2021

This might be controversial, but I’m going to come out and say that Sidewood in the picturesque Adelaide Hills make the best pinot noir in the region. I said what I said. Their range of clonal pinots are awe inspiring, I can remember every detail of the first time I tried this wine, complete with the fun story of the ‘Abel’ clone (which is supposed to have its origins in the vineyards of Domaine de la Romanée Conti in Burgundy!) Earth and sour cherry mingle with truffle and autumnal forest floor. Absolutely beautiful, you’ll want to hold this wine with both hands and give it a warm embrace.
